shutting down is not always a failure (@oricchio )

This is a very interesting post Start Up To Get Hired Up about how startups can be shut down and yet not being considered as a failure. Also, it shows that in an unemployment market you should see yourself like a good sell and not just like someone to be hired up.

A new perspective that showed me that we shouldn’t be afraid of trying to launch something only because it won’t last. Lasting for long years is not the goal of a new company. Instead, it should be “doing something new” and “doing it well”.

I’ll keep this in mind. What about you? Are you afraid of creating your own company just because you think it won’t last forever? or are you willing to show the world that you know how to do something differently?
